The DIRTY DOZEN consists of twelve fruits and veg that we need to be more cautious about when buying. They are the most contaminated out of the bunch, this is due to the fact that they are prone to more pesticides and formation of bad bacteria which can interfere with a wealth of health problems like cancer, brain toxicity, hormone disruptions and digestive issues. The FAB FIFTEEN are the least contaminated. It is best to choose Organic produce , otherwise as fresh and local as possible. If you cannot source organic produce than wash your produce with water and a spalsh of apple cider vinegar which helps kill 99% of bacteria.
