How To Make ButterBean and Carrot Soup?

Ingredients
- 500 ml of fresh veggie or chicken stock.
- 2 Tbs of minced garlic
- 1 small onion
- 3 cups carrot batons
- 1 can of butter beans
- 1 Cup of new potatoes

Directions
Sauté the onion, potatoes, carrots, and garlic, coconut oil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add to food processor and remainder of ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve hot and season with salt n pepper.
