Hi guys! check out my new guilt free tacos recipe in this video. As usual, my recipes are always super filling, nutrient dense and most importantly, easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast slices
- corn tortillas (corn is naturally gluten-free)
- lemon
- avocadoes
- cheese
- chilli sauce
- 1tbsp of coconut oil
- minced garlic
- chilli flakes
- sea salt
- pepper
- mixed veggies, bell peppers and lettuce work amazingly
How to prepare:
- cook the chicken in a skillet with coconut oil and spices until golden brown
- in the meantime prepare guacamole sauce by mashing avocado in a bowl with garlic, sea salt and lemon
- place the corn tacos in a plate and add guacamole, chilli chicken and the veggies of choice
- top with chilli sauce and cheese (optional)
