The Hangover Helper
Ingredients
- 1 can of organic chopped tomatoes
- 500 mL bottle of coconut water
- Worcester sauce
- sea salt and black pepper
- turmeric powder
- 1 lemon
- 4-5 stalks of celery
How to prepare:
- roughly chop the celery stalks and place them in your Vitamix or blender
- add coconut water, a couple of drops of  Worcester sauce, the can of chopped tomatoes
- squeeze one lemon and add the juice in the blender with a sprinkle of turmeric, sea salt and pepper
- blend until smooth and creamy
- add some ice cubes
This nourishing drink is perfect to kick start your day and recharge with vitamins and minerals your depleted body. Cheers!
