Flu-Fighting Remedy

This is the remedy to zap those bugs when feeling poorly.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Generous splash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Manuka honey
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Little grated ginger
  • 2-3 tsp of tumeric
