Beauty-boosting vitality salad

I make this salad with raw, fresh, spring seasonal ingredients 🙂

Strawberries contain Vitamin C and other antioxidants which delay the ageing process

A cucumber can produce similar hydration levels to twice the volume of water

Pomegranate contains collagen which is the key protein that maintains firm, smooth, perky skin

 

To make this salad, you’ll need:

  • 7 strawberries
  • half a cucumber
  • half a green pepper
  • pipped pomegranate seeds
  • half an avocado
  • crushed hazelnuts
  • olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  • half a lemon

Follow these simple steps and you’re good to go! 🙂

  1. Chop the strawberries and cucumber
  2. Dice the green pepper
  3. Mix the strawberries, cucumber, pepper, pomegranate and avocado
  4. Top with the crushed hazelnuts
  5. Add the balsamic and olive oil glaze
  6. Finish it off by squeezing half a lemon on top
