Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pumpkin puree

  • Rice, coconut milk

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 Banana

  • Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats

  • Ginger

  • Mixed Seeds

  • Turmeric

Directions

Take a jar and all the ingredients into it except mixed seeds, then blend for few seconds. After blending, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with mixed seeds.
