What a fun Wednesday evening it was at Ride Republic hosted by Nicola Salamony, and Chessie King…sliding into cool EKAT suits, while getting pretty plaits done by DUCK&DRY and finishing off with a fun, sweaty, spin class with Rachel.

Tucked away in fulham broadway comes an innovative, fun, fitness hub with state of the art equipment, high end instructors, and healthy fresh food from Tanya’s Cafe to indulge in after your work out. It was my first ever spin class, and not knowing what to expect, I was buzzing with endorphins afterwards.  I was already planning on booking a bike session with fellow fitness friends in the coming weeks.

If you want to sweat, burn tons of calories, and be buzzing afterwards, I highly reccomend trying it out.. cannot wait for my next session!
